Shipping service costs are the responsibility of the user and buyer, clearly outlined before order confirmation. While Oliveira Décor reserves the right to adjust prices, the rates applied are those in effect at the time of purchase order placement.

Devolution:
Customers have 15 days from the physical acquisition date to return items. Exchange is possible for items in the original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging with assembly manuals and hardware.

Reimbursement:
Oliveira Décor does not refund but instead keeps a credit under the client’s name for future use in the store. Original packaging must be intact.
